Job Description
The town of Westport Board of Health seeks an experienced part-time Public Health Nurse to provide professional nursing, health education, screenings, immunizations, disease reporting, referrals and related administrative work in various public health programs.
- Works under the general direction of the Director of Public Health, in accordance with the guidelines, rules and regulations of the MA Dept. of Public Health.
- Must have current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts, with current certification as a basic life support Healthcare Provider; Bachelor’s degree in nursing and three years nursing experience in a clinical public health or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess a valid MA driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
